Thank you for shopping with Savant Mind Records. All of our products are printed and fulfilled on demand through Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
We offer the following shipping methods for orders within the United States:
- Economy Shipping: 4–8 business days after fulfillment | $3.99–$6.99
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after fulfillment | $4.99–$8.99
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after fulfillment | $12.99–$19.99
CANADA
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days after fulfillment
EUROPE
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days after fulfillment
INTERNATIONAL / WORLDWIDE
- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days after fulfillment

Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Savant Mind Records is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at savantmindrecords@yahoo.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
